\n Location: Grantsville, UT - Hybrid
\n Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
\n Payrate: $25.00 per hour

Our  In House Temporary -  High Volume Manufacturing Recruiter is accountable for:

\n\n

\n\t
• Full cycle recruiting for Kelly clients. \n\t
• Recruiting for high volume Manufacturing and Production openings. \n\t
• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.\n\t
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.\n\t
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.\n

Essential Skills:

\n\n

\n\t
• Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Production business function. \n\t
• Must have experience in high volume recruiting.\n\t
• Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent.\n\t
• Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) \n\t
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.  \n

This position is an  house temporary contract. It is hybrid and required to be onsite for job fairs, community events, and networking with local schools.
